Step 1. Connect your iPad to computer then Launch iTunes.
Step 2. Retain the Home and Power button on simultaneously for 10 seconds.
Step 3. Release the facility button once 10s passed, but keep pressing Home button until iTunes detect your iPad is in recovery mode.

Since the iPhone is due to recovery mode and contains been detected by iTunes, you should restore the device by clicking "Summary" tab -> "Restore" button.
